Vegetable Samosas – Delicately spiced vegetables wrapped in a crisp crust, embodying the harmonious blend of varied tastes and textures, much like the diverse experiences of love celebrated in the Kama Sutra.
Chicken Samosas – Tender chicken seasoned with aromatic spices, encapsulating the warmth and depth of a passionate embrace.
Both options are served with a choice of tamarind or green chili & mint chutney, adding a fiery zest symbolic of the intense and spicy nature of love.
Butter Chicken – A dish where tender chicken is bathed in a silky, delicately spiced sauce. The smooth texture and rich flavours are reminiscent of the luxurious and comforting aspects of love. Guildford Fringe (contains dairy & nuts)
Navrattan Korma – This dish features nine ‘jewels’ (vegetables) in a creamy spiced sauce, representing the nine forms of love described in the Kama Sutra. GF (contains nuts)
Each main course is paired with Pomegranate & Saffron Rice. Pomegranate, a fruit often depicted in the Kama Sutra, symbolises prosperity and fertility, while saffron adds a touch of luxury and indulgence.
