Please do not book individual tickets, book your whole group together otherwise you may not be sitting together. 

Arrival time is between 7:15pm-7:30pm. Show starts at 8pm and there will be no service at the bar during the performance.

Entertainment Start Time: Live entertainment will begin at approx. 8pm.

Outside Food and Drink: No outside food or beverages are allowed within the venue.

Entry Policy: The Fallen Angel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest. No refunds will be offered of you are refused entry.

Age Restriction: Only guests aged 18 and above are allowed, ID may be required.

Accessibility: Unfortunately, our venue does not have disabled access facilities.

Refunds and Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets.

Responsible Drinking: For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we promote responsible drinking. Guests arriving visibly intoxicated will not be admitted, and no refunds will be provided.

Dress code: smart, glam! No sports or beach wear. No flip flops! Shoes must be worn at all times. Dress to impress, whether that’s smart or full-on fabulous, the vibe is yours to own.

We do not allow vaping in our venue, you must go outside for this.

No balloons, decorations or other tat will be allowed in, just bring yourselves and we’ll bring the fun.
