Christmas 2023!

My central heating came on this morning. I am not showing off about having central heating, and I can assure you it was turned off very quickly.

I have however taken this otherwise insignificant event as an omen.

It is now, officially cold enough to start talking about Christmas.

‘’So, what’s on offer for Christmas 2023 Nick?’’ I hear you shout…and I can tell you straight away that the A to your imaginary Q is LOTS!

The Fallen Angel Festivities kick off in fabulously glamorous style on December 1^st with the opening Christmas is a Drag Cabaret Night of the Yuletide season, with your hostess for the evening, the outrageous Dame herself, Beardy Poppins.

We have Shared Christmas Cabaret Party Nights throughout December, a few have already Sold Out, so if you are planning on an office party to really get the feathers flying, please book early!

Drag Me to Christmas Bottomless Brunches, are ‘happening’ on various dates in the month, think Drag, think Bottomless Prosecco, think Brunch…think they won’t sell out? Think again!

For the less subtle, not easily offended members of our clientele (you know who you are), may we respectfully point you in the direction of That’s a Full Stocking Cabaret Drag Night with the one and only, Big Liz.

Did somebody shout Tequila! Well we have that covered too, in fact on December 8^th we go all in for Tequila Navidad, a celebration of Mexico’s gift to the world…with added drag of course.

Guildford is so posh, they don’t shout house when they win at Bingo, they shout Maisonette. This appalling joke leads me to mention Christmas Drag Bingo with That Girl on December 21^st.

Just time to mention two more things. Our friends at Guildford Fringe and Wysch Productions have 2 stonking events for you.

This year’s Godalming Family Panto is Dick Whittington, at the Borough Hall from 9^th – 31^st December. Enjoy timeless family fun (with some jokes that are even worse than mine!). This is a brilliantly produced show with everyone’s favourite songs and routines, a genuine must see for all the family.

For the adults only, this year’s Guildford Fringe Adult Panto is Sleeping Beauty Felt A Little Prick, running from 23 November 2023 – 6 January 2024.
